Habitat: It grows in the deciduous forest. Fertile bracts broadly obovate, green with rich reddish-brown tinge. Bracteoles white. Calyx 3-toothed, with unilateral incision, semi-translucent white. Floral tube externally white, internally white. Dorsal corolla lobe white. Lateral corolla lobes concave apex, white. Labellum white with pale yellow median composed of two swollen central lines extending from the base of the labellum, sides and apex dark purple, with paler lines radiating from the centre. Lateral staminodes white or very pale purple. |
