epilithic, perennial deciduous herb, up to 30 cm tall. Bulb dark brown to black, dull pinkish white inside, roots white, Stem pale green to white-green. Spathe white at base, spathe tube pale green with broad white patch at the back, spathe mouth and appendix shiny dark green, spadix shiny black. Leaf blades shiny green above, shiny white-green below. Uncommon. |
