Open, disturbed thicket in degraded, fire-damaged, regenerating deciduous forest with much bamboo; rugged limestone terrain. Deciduous woody climber, basal diameter 35 cm; bark thin, finely pustular-lenticellate, deep brown; inflorescence axes dull green; bracts light green; calyx tube green with pink, calyx lobes yellow-green; petal blades pale light green; claws light green-dull pink; fertile stamens 3, anthers green, filaments green in upper part, dark pink in lower part; stigma dull green; leaf blades dull dark green above, dull light green below. |
