In shade of low trees, sandy soil, rich in humus. Deciduous, culm-forming herb, 20-50 cm tall. Leaves 4-6/shoot, plain green. Inflorescence pendent, below leaves. Bracts light green. Bracteoles pale yellow. Calyx green, ovary white, rest of flower orange-yellow, without spot on lip. Fruits pale green. Bulbils occur. |
