Rhizome long creeping, 7 mm diameter, fronds closely spaced; scales orange, dense. Stipe and rachis dull dark brown to black, rachis green at top above; old stipes persistent but hanging. Fronds arching at top above; old stipes persistent but hanging. Fronds arching, to 83 cm long, lamina to 60 x 16 cm. Lamina subcoriaceous, mid to dark green, only slightly shiny above, Hardly paler beneath. Sori brown. |
