Evergreen treelet, 3.5 m high. dbh. 4.5 cm. Bark: dark brown, smooth or slightly rugged; inner bark pale orange, no latex. Leaf: petiole dull green, blades glossy mid-green above, yellowish-green below, young leaves pale yellowish-green. Flower: pedicel and sepals grey-green; petals white turning pale yellow with age, always with darker yellow-orange patch on 2 upper petals; filaments white, anthers cream; pistil cream. |
