Flowering at QSBG. Terrestrial orchid ca. 50 cm tall. Pseudobulb ovoid, dark green up to 5x4 cm, 5-6 nodded. Leaves narrow oblong; up to 20 x 4 cm; apex acuminate, 5-7 veined. Inflorescence ca. 38 cm long, ca. 6 mm in diameter, apical part slightly covered; ca. 21-flowering; bracts oblong-triangulate, basal one subtulars, green; floral bracts green. Sepal and petal dull green. Lip cream ground streaked with reddish brown with yellow disc. Column pale dull green. Operculum cream with reddish brown marking apical part. Alcohol only. |
